Our story begins with a family recipe carried from the narrow streets of Hanoi's old quarter to a small kitchen on Paul Street. We cook the way it's done back home - beef bones and charred ginger simmered slowly overnight, until the broth turns clear, fragrant, and deep. No shortcuts, no powders. Just patience, and a recipe that has fed our family for generations.
